Scholastics
Applied ScholasticsTM International is a
non-profit, public benefit organization formed in 1972 by educators from
colleges, universities, and both public and private schools.
Working at the grass-roots level and with educational
authorities, Applied Scholastics addresses six main areas of education:
teacher training; schools; English as a second language; tutoring individuals;
training business staff to apply Study Technology; and, training human
resource professionals so that they, in turn, can train their staff.
This involves, of course, both adults and children.
Applied Scholastics also trains teachers to apply Study
Technology and runs successful programs in many countries which accomplish
this. These programs supply needed teaching skills based on L. Ron
Hubbard's methods and rekindle the infections enthusiasm for learning that
every good teacher brings to his classroom.
In the growing number of schools and colleges affiliated
with Applied Scholastics, students who are taught Study Technology from an
early age are routinely eager, bright and interested in life around
them.
Applied Scholastics International and its associated
groups are bringing Study Technology of L. Ron Hubbard to people from all
walks of life-technology that is not only successful beyond any other approach
to education, but fully capable of generating a renaissance in learning.
It is the job of Applied Scholastics to get Study
Technology into the hands of a world that sorely needs it and revitalize our
abilities to study.
